Main results of projects funded by ERA-MIN call 2013, 2014 and 2015

Will publish the main outputs that could be uptake by stakeholders (academia, industry, society) at ERA-MIN 2 website.

List of projects selected for funding

The summary information for each funded project, including short project abstract, consortium partners/countries and allocated public funding as well as overall call statistics will be made public at ERA-MIN 2 website.

ERA-MIN 2 Website: Public webpage and project intranet

The website will be established right after the project start in order to promote the call, publish the call documents and provide access to the ESS for applicants.

Web links, flyers, press notices, presentations, brokerage workshop required to advertise the launch of the calls.

Joint Call 2018 Documents

Will include the Call Text, Guidelines for Evaluation, the Application Form and the reporting and monitoring procedures.

Report on international cooperation with countries outside Europe.

The reports will describe the relevant non-EU countries and research programmes and describe existing and planned cooperation for joint activities.

Final Dissemination and Exploitation report

Summary of activities to share lessons learnt and best practice, and publicise the exploitation of results.

Communication and dissemination plan

The report will ensure the coherence of the project “core messages” across the various channels used, and a strategic coverage of different audiences, combining timing and different media supports with consistent message content, structure and format.

Will include the Call Text, the Application Form and the reporting and monitoring procedures.

Report on cooperation with EU initiatives and projects

Will provide information on existing initiatives, EU related initiatives and projects that ERA-MIN 2 is or is planning to cooperate with and how.

Will include the minutes of the Evaluation Panel meeting, the evaluation consensus reports and scores for each proposal and the ranking list of projects recommended for funding and the list of projects below threshold and not recommended for funding.

Interim Dissemination and Exploitation Report

Interim dissemination and exploitation report: A programme of presentations/other dissemination activities to key stakeholders, midway through the ERA-MIN 2 projects, with the aim of sharing lessons learnt and best practice.

List of independent experts from the EU or the rest of the world nominated by the CSC considering the advice of the Advisory Board.

Report on final assessment results of co-funded projects

Will assess the success of the EU co-funded projects and will be made public on the ERA-MIN 2 website and disseminated to promote the uptake of research results.

Report on the strategy for cooperation beyond ERA-MIN 2

The first report will present the different options for cooperation and the second report will describe the option chosen after the end of this project.
