Dissemination and communication kit - Version 7

This deliverable is an update to D7.9 Dissemination and communication kit - Version 6

Dissemination and communication kit - Version 4

This deliverable is an update to D7.5 Dissemination and communication kit - Version 3.

Project quality plan

The project quality plan (the project handbook) constitutes a set of project templates, explanations on the project management process, review process, quality checks, meeting organisation, which is communicated to all partners.

Updated plan and initial report on dissemination and communication activities

This deliverable provides an updated plan and initial report on the partners dissemination and communication activities

Dissemination and communication kit - Version 2

This deliverable is an update to D7.2 Dissemination and communication kit - Version 1.

2nd Interim Progress Report

The interim project progress report will address the main achievements and concrete key outcomes of the second project year (project summary, work performed and main results, risk assessment, identification of innovations, list of scientific publications and dissemination activities). All work packages will summarize their work, challenges and outcomes in order to contribute to this report. There will be two Periodic Reports in M18 and M36 and a Final Report in M36 which will be prepared according to H2020 Guidelines for Project Reporting. Please note, that according to the technical annex template, periodic and final reports should not be listed as deliverables. Therefore we list these mandatory reports separately.

Risk Assessment Plan

The risk assessment plan shows how potential risks are assessed and mitigated in order to avoid any negative influence on the AQUARIUS project objectives. The interrelated risk assessment plan – risk identification, handling and monitoring – will be established.

Dissemination and communication kit - Version 1

This deliverable comprises suitable dissemination and communication material, such as press releases, brochures, leaflets, factsheets, newsletters, posters, etc.

Dissemination and communication kit - Version 6

This deliverable is an update to D7.8 Dissemination and communication kit - Version 5.

Dissemination and communication kit - Version 3

This deliverable is an update to D7.4 Dissemination and communication kit - Version 2.

Dissemination and communication kit - Version 5

This deliverable is an update to D7.6 Dissemination and communication kit - Version 4.

1st Interim Progress Report

The interim project progress report will address the main achievements and concrete key outcomes of the first project year (project summary, work performed and main results, identification of innovations, list of scientific publications and dissemination activities). All work packages will summarize their work, challenges and outcomes in order to contribute to this report.

Internal and external IT communication infrastructure and project website

The external IT communication infrastructure constitutes a guideline for communication of the AQUARIUS project to external target groups including conferences, marketing measures and communication channels. Furthermore this deliverable constitutes the launch of the internal AQUARIUS communication infrastructure including the establishment of mailing lists or a subversion server, and the AQUARIUS website.
