This report includes updates on the communication kit, the exploitation, dissemination and communication plans as well as initial reports on the executed activities. It furthermore includes a first view on the market, its opportunities and on the target audiences.

Risk Assessment Plan (opens in new window)

The risk assessment plan shows how potential risks are assessed and mitigated in order to avoid any negative influence on the LEDLUM project objectives. The interrelated risk assessment plan – risk identification, handling and monitoring – will be established.

Discrete / integrated power semiconductors characterized (opens in new window)

Measurement results, modelling and verification of models of the selected power semiconductors summarized in an internal datasheet and / or CAD model

Initial feasibility assessment (opens in new window)

This deliverable describes the target industry and the state-of-the-art they are applying. It analyses the strategic fit of the project developments to the market and its environment. The concluding market assessment on how the market needs are addressed and how the project will create impact on the industry will be included in D8.4 Final plan and report on Exploitation, Dissemination & Communication activities.

Project quality plan (opens in new window)

The project quality plan (the project handbook) constitutes a set of project templates, explanations on the project management process, review process, quality checks, meeting organisation, which is communicated to all partners.

Final plan and report on Exploitation, Dissemination & Communication activities (opens in new window)

This report includes an update of the communication kit and a final plan on the exploitation, dissemination and communication activities as well as reports on the executed activities. It furthermore includes a first view on the market, its opportunities and on the target audiences.

Final documentation of (power) semiconductors under operation in the demonstrators (opens in new window)

Operation of semiconductors documented under realistic operating conditions in the field, e.g. under EMC and temperature constraints through electromagnetic and thermal measurements.

Communication kit incl. IT infrastructure & project website (opens in new window)

The communication kit about the project includes a narrative text, photographs, slides and any other suitable communication material, complemented with copyright licences for the European Commission and for Photonics21. The kit will be updated in D7.3 and D7.4. The external IT communication infrastructure constitutes a guideline for communication of the LEDLUM project to external target groups including conferences, marketing measures and communication channels. Furthermore this deliverable constitutes the launch of the internal LEDLUM communication infrastructure including the establishment of mailing lists or a subversion server, and the LEDLUM website.
