This public document will report on the achievements in the different tasks of WP6 in Year 2. This deliverable will also include a plan for functionality to be implemented in Year 3.

This deliverable will provide a comprehensive overview of the problem addressed, the main challenges, the proposed solution, the results obtained and the main findings with respect to the use of the ORCA testbed and SDR platforms.
