Project Management Handbook

This deliverable will include management procedures, project communication and collaboration infrastructure, as well as templates for project deliverables and presentations.

Dissemination, Communication and Stakeholder Engagement Plan, Initial Release

This deliverable is related to the provision of a detailed plan for all dissemination, standardisation and communication activities that will be scheduled for the 1st reporting period of the project.

BigDataOcean Methodology and MVP

The integrated project methodology, as well as the Most Valuable Product (MVP) of BigDataOcean will be reported in the terms of this deliverable.

Final BigDataOcean Methodology

This deliverable, based on the feedback received by the project’s end users, will update the BigDataOcean methodology, as well as any main components needed.

Final Dissemination, Communication, Stakeholder Engagement Report

This deliverable aims to provide the final report on all dissemination, communication and stakeholder engagement activities performed during the last reporting period of the project; the report of the BigDataOcean hackathons will also be included. In addition, this deliverable will provide a detailed report about which data have been collected and generated during the project and describe how it will be shared and opened after the project’s completion.

BigDataOcean Pilots Documentation, Evaluation and Impact Assessment – v1.00

This deliverable will document the pilots’ operation and execution consolidating the input of Tasks 6.3, 6.4, 6.5 and 6.6. This report will also evaluate the first version of the platform.

Analysis Report on Big Data Components, Tools and Methodologies

This deliverable will include a thorough state-of-play analysis of the big data landscape in terms of components, tools and methodologies, eventually promoting the most appropriate ones for the needs of BigDataOcean. Moreover, a definition of the maritime big data value chain, the corresponding stakeholders, important information sources to be exploited will also be included. The needs coming from the project’s end users will also constitute a main output of this deliverable.

BigDataOcean Business Cases

This deliverable is related to the detailed description of the four business cases of the BigDataOcean methodology and technological solution.

BigDataOcean Pilots Documentation, Evaluation and Impact Assessment – v2.00

This deliverable will document the pilots’ operation and execution consolidating the input of Tasks 6.3, 6.4, 6.5 and 6.6. This report will also evaluate the second version of the platform.

BigDataOcean Final Evaluation, Methodology and Adoption Guidelines

This deliverable will document the pre-final release of the platform and lessons learnt from the BigDataOcean project, constituting methodological adoption guidelines for the utilisation of the BigDataOcean platform.

BigDataOcean Technology Requirements and User Stories

This deliverable is related to the activities to be performed under Tasks 3.1 and 3.2 and will provide the user stories, as well as the technology and data protection requirements for the BigDataOcean platform, as envisioned by the different user groups and will flesh out the concept.

Dissemination, Communication and Stakeholder Engagement Report and Plan for Second Reporting Period

This deliverable is related to the provision of a detailed plan for all dissemination, standardisation and communication activities that will be scheduled for the 2nd reporting period of the project, while it will also report on all activities performed during the 1st reporting period of BigDataOcean.

BigDataOcean Validation Framework

This deliverable is related to the documentation of the evaluation framework and validation methodology, defining the various practices for obtaining feedback from end-users and including a set of test-cases to be executed by the end-users.

BigDataOcean Platform Architecture, Components Design and APIs - v2.00

To include all necessary updates on the platform and components’ architecture, as well as the APIs interfaces, based on the feedback received by the project’s pilots.

BigDataOcean Platform Release 3.00

This deliverable will be the 3rd release of the platform and will improve the services and functions to be offered by Release 2.00.

BigDataOcean Linked Data Vocabularies and Metadata Repository Architecture

In the context of this deliverable, the first version of the linked data vocabularies and the project's metadata repository architecture will be reported.

BigDataOcean Platform Final Release

This deliverable will include the final, fully functional high-fidelity implementation of the BigDataOcean platform, which will offer all available features and will be market-ready following a set of extra tests.

BigDataOcean Cross-Sector Semantics, Analytics and Business Intelligence Algorithms

This deliverable will report the final version of the vocabularies, metadata repository, harmonisation, knowledge extraction, business intelligence and usage analytics services, based on the feedback received by the project’s end users.

BigDataOcean Platform Architecture, Components Design and APIs - v1.00

D4.2 will include the requirements, the architecture diagrams and all design documents regarding the platform, the components while it will also define and describe the API interfaces that will be implemented.

BigDataOcean Final Platform Architecture, Components Design and APIs

To include all necessary updates on the platform and components’ architecture, as well as the APIs interfaces, based on the feedback received by the project’s pilots.

BigDataOcean Platform Release 2.00

This deliverable will consist of a software package of a core platform and its APIs with corresponding supporting documentation on the deployment of each component and usage of the APIs. This deliverable includes a partially functional high fidelity software prototype for all roles of users of the MVP connected to a deployed version of platform. The initial interface includes the basic UI/UX for the users of the platform.

BigDataOcean Harmonisation, Knowledge Extraction, Business Intelligence and Usage Analytics Services

In the context of this deliverable, the first version of the various BigDataOcean services related to harmonisation, knowledge extraction, business intelligence and usage analytics service will be reported.

BigDataOcean Platform Architecture, Components Design and APIs – v3.00

To include all necessary updates on the platform and components’ architecture, as well as the APIs interfaces, based on the feedback received by the project’s pilots.

Project Website and Web 2.0 Channels

This deliverable is related to the provision of the Website of the project and will set up all needed Web 2.0 and social channels that will be used during the project for communication.
