Realising Education through Virtual Environments and Augmented Locations

Livrables

Core-Tech resources Live on DevNet

A digital package, containing the transferred technologies, made available to download from the DevNet developer ecosystem. By public, we mean public to developers with access to DevNet.

Business Plan

The completed business plan document for the project made available to download from the REVEAL website.

Engagement Evaluation Reports

This deliverable will present the engagement findings of implementing D5.1 and will serve as the foundation of a scientific journal article. It will extend D5.1 in that it will present the results on the engagement evaluation of both phases, a discussion based on them, including a section on future work. Moreover, in a separate chapter, the relation between this deliverable and D5.3 will be analysed, its results will be presented, and, subsequently, discussed. There will be two reports produced: the first at M20 of the Dr Jenner’s House evaluation (D5.4a) and the second at M24 of the Augustus Forum evaluation including a combined analysis (D5.4b).

Educational Evaluation Reports

This deliverable will present the educational findings of implementing D5.1 and will serve as the foundation of a scientific journal article. It will extend D5.1 in that it will present the results on the educational evaluation of both phases, a discussion based on them, including a section on future work. There will be two reports produced: the first at M20 of the Dr Jenner’s House evaluation (D5.3a) and the second at M24 of the Augustus Forum evaluation and a combined analysis (D5.3b).

Technology Transfer and Co-Design Evaluation Report

The final document will be delivered at the end of the project, but this will be maintained as a live online document (e.g. wiki) for partners to contribute to throughout the project, so that ongoing findings and experiences can be fed into the development of the Co-design Business Guide in WP6.

Technology Usability Evaluation Report

This deliverable will report on the usability evaluation in the context of the user interaction and ease use of the technology and the EENs – interaction with the smart objects, ease of the spatial movements within the VR environments, and ease of use and understanding of the VR features w.r.t. the virtual environment. It will take the form of one or more academic papers for a peer-reviewed journal or an international conference.

Jenner Application Submitted for Publication on PlayStation Network in EU

A formal submission of the first application will be made through the official online publishing system for PlayStation products on the European store. Timescales between submission and publication will vary depending on any issues found with the software during Sony's QA process, but typically takes around a month we would expect the product to be available commercially well in advance of the end of the project.

Imperial Forum Application Submitted for Publication on PlayStation Network in EU

A formal submission of the second application will be made through the official online publishing system for PlayStation products on the European store. Timescales between submission and publication will vary depending on any issues found with the software during Sony's QA process, but typically takes around a month we would expect the product to be available within a few months of the end of the project.

Open Data Publication

Research Data made available as part of the Open Research Data Pilot in accordance with the Data Management Plan produced in WP1.

EEN Interest Group, Web Site and Support

The interest group web-site will be live at M8, but the group and support features will grow and expand during (and after) the project lifetime.

Project Website

The web site (public facing and private consortium areas) will be live at M2 but will be developed and expanded during the lifetime of the project.
