Scaling-up Packages of Interventions for Cardiovascular disease prevention in selected sites in Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa: An implementation research (SPICES Project)

Intermediate implementation evaluation report

Routine data will be collected using the CIAT. This data will be continuously analysed to generate periodic reports. At M48, an intermediate evaluation report will be developed outlining progress, achievements, barriers and lessons of the SPICES project.

Midterm recruitment report

When 50% of the planned recruitment is done, the following information will be provided: an overview of recruited subjects by study site, potential recruiting problems and, if applicable, a detailed description of implemented and planned measures to compensate delays in the study subject recruitment. This will be done by month 48 the latest.

Post-Implementation Evaluation report for all countries and all interventions

Using data collected using the CIAT tool a final comprehensive post implementation report of all interventions in the SPICES project will be developed The final report will document process barriers achievements milestones for each intervention key barriers and mitigation measures and recommendations for further scale up strategies

First consortium and country specific annual project reports

This periodic report summarizes the following information for each WP for the first 18 months of the project : a summary of the WP objectives and the progress towards these objective, key realisations, input in other WPs, problems encountered and deviations from the DoA, use of resources, list of meetings/events/conferences and a list of presentations and publications.

Report on implementation and evaluation of health promotion and prevention

Report on implementation and evaluation of health promotion and prevention activities M54 this will contain process and impact evaluation analysis appropriate for the range of stakeholders involved in this activity It will be coproduced through community and policy maker dialogue to reflect on the process of change transformation and the learning that all stakeholders have engaged in Toolkits and case studies public consultation materials and other materials for use and adaptation by community and civil society organisations and for academics and health professionals will be included As the RCUK recommends the report will provide an holistic analysis to include not just health outcomes but also demonstrate the wider socioeconomic context of the research and its impact and outcomes and recommendations for further action

Situational analysis report including stakeholder analysis and capacity assessment

Delivery 2.1 is a baseline description of the situation of health care system, stakeholders and baseline indicators which are intended to benchmark the outcomes of the intervention. A summary report of stakeholder meetings and resolutions, preparations, secondary literature and primary data reviews, and pilots will be generated. These reports are intended to provide a benchmark for key indicators of the intervention.

Overview of dissemination and Communication tools, materials, pubications and workshops

Overview of dissemination and Communication tools materials publications and workshops M60 this will evaluate and analyse the effectiveness and success of the dissemination strategy and the tools used It will consider how to keep in contact with users and stakeholders Feedback from users and dissemination partners will be used in designing future activities and or ongoing development
