Template for submission of Social Challenges

Template to be used by users of the platform to provide requested information to propose a challenge

Report on the social challenges and solution received

In relation to each cut off date (M12, M15, M18) a report listing all received social challenges and the related solutions will be prepared.

Final report on the projects

Final report on the granted projects, including achievements, performed activities. A report will be produced for each group of granted projects at each cut off date (M20, M23, M26)

Report on the granted projects and summary of the selected challenges

Report listing the challenges and related solutions selected for grants. The report will include also evaluations of the challenges and solutions. A specific report will be produced for each cut off date (M14, M17, M20)
