Adoption of TOOP

Deliverable D215 Adoption of TOOP contains the final version of the inventory on drivers and barriers based on the previous deliverable D27 plus an additional focus on the pilots The drivers and barriers are reiterated based on the more detailed experiences in the pilots and policy recommendations derived Additionally this deliverable takes into account the impact assessment methodology that has been described in D210 and analyses the data collected from the pilots Furthermore deliverable D215 will describe the methodology to discover the OOP results which need to be sustained and maintained after the projects lifetime The deliverable will contain the assessment of the pilots impacts and the sustainability plans for OOP results and recommendations to ensure the sustainability and longterm governance of OOP outcomes as well as proposals for future product owners The overall aim is to describe outcomes related to the activities of T26 and to contribute to the future implementation of the once only principle and its wide use across the EU and its associated countries as well as to the further development and provisioning of crossborder digital services within these countries

Includes pilot solutions developed integrated connected and installed at each piloting MS for each Pilot Area
