Report on spatial and temporal distribution of cyanobacteria bloom and scum

The algorithms will be applied to pre-processed satellite images in order to map spatial distribution of photosynthetic pigments and cyanobacteria surface accumulations and scums. The created products after the testing of uncertainties with available in situ data will be used for implementation of WP5 and WP6.
