ToR and creation of The Expert Group on Standardisation and Procurement (EGSP) - M6

Through this report, we will deliver specific terms of reference (ToR) for WP4. It is needed to define a detail roadmap for all 5 year tasks in WP4. Furthermore the outcome of this task will be a framework of Expert Group on Standardization and Procurement (EGSP). We foresee that EGSP will consists leaders of each i-Lead work package and experts in this area from consortium partners. Moreover we will search for external experts for standardization and procurement in security area and invite them to the EGSP. Defining RoR and EGSP will be a milestone for WP4.

Annual LEA standardization report - M60

Due M 24, Drafts: M12 Annual LEA standardization report will consists all necessary information (mostly recommendations) developed within Task 4.2 during each ear. The annual reports will be useful for WP leaders, other consortium partners and external bodies as well.

Report on the EU standardisation and procurement in area of security - M12

It is necessary to have actual and specific knowledge of situation related to standardization and procurement in area of security. Therefore we have planned to prepare this report, which will be based on analyze of all available material, including legal regulations, reports, guidelines, recommendations, procedures, standards, projects, etc.

Bi-annual standardization report - M60

Due M12 - drafts: M6 Works in area of standardization will be conducted as an ongoing task through all project (5 years). Therefore we are planning to summarize works every 6 months. Information (mostly recommendations) delivered in bi-annual reports will be useful for WP leaders, other consortium partners and external bodies as well.
