The feasibility study has resulted in a SME Instrument phase 2 application that builds on the findings in this study.
The delivery process has been analyzed and bottlenecks have been identified. Tasks have been specified that will reduce or remove these, and they have been prioritized according to the value they have for MazeMap and their complexity. We estimate that we can reduce the delivery time with around 70% if this project is completed.
MazeMap have strengthened the relationship with existing partners through product integrations and found new partners within the IoT industry and companies doing physical signage. There is a huge potential to increase the cooperation we already have with existing partners and the results from the activities carried out in this project also shows that there is potential for scaling through new partners as well.
During the feasibility study, we found that we should not only keep track on the number of hours we use on delivering maps for customers, but also the time required to complete customers. Typically, we use long time, not because we use so many hours, but there are dependencies on the customer. The QA process often takes long time, because it is dependent on the customer, which might not have time or does not give QA of the maps high priority.
