Inefficient driving of vehicles in professional fleets leads to the unnecessary waste of millions of euros and involves great amounts of gas emissions that can be avoided. Our GlobalBLED project consists on disrupting the market using new technologies to take advantage of the arising new market opportunities due to the necessity to save costs and reduce emissions in terms of fuel combustion in the operation of road transport professional fleets. GlobalBLED aims to deliver a plug&play advance quality, secure, personalized, eco- efficient support driving platform that achieves fuel consumption savings and so accomplishes operative costs and CO2 emissions savings. GlobalBLED provides personalized learning-by-doing driving support under established traffic rule contextualized standards, increasing transport safety, including users and pedestrians, and therefore mobility sustainability.
"Many developments on the CatedBox product itself have been deployed, new improved HW, better On-board assitant and very improved SW services with new additional functionalities such as ""Cated People App"". Various agreements with potential agents, distributors, providers and collaborators have been achieved, exploding new capabilities for the integration of CatedBox with other products. Several new clients have been reached, improving the market penetration of CatedBox-Bled."
Many new improvements in Catedbox system will be achieved. Integration with other products from different collaborators are expected. Distribution contracts and new clients will be reached by means of agents and collaborators.
