Deliverables

2nd version of the Dissemination and Communication Plan (DCP)

2nd version of the Dissemination and Communication Plan, providing an overall framework for managing and coordinating targeted communication and dissemination activities to ensure enough publicity to the project activities, results and achievements in different ways to different targets, in order to support the exploitation strategy and widening and maximizing the impact (Task 8.1).

Assessment of existing climate databases

This deliverable will consist in a selection of databases that should be used to analyse the effect of climate in infrastructures (Task 4.1).

1st version of the Dissemination and Communication Plan (DCP)

Initial version of the Dissemination and Communication Plan, providing an overall framework for managing and coordinating targeted communication and dissemination activities to ensure enough publicity to the project activities, results and achievements in different ways to different targets, in order to support the exploitation strategy and widening and maximizing the impact. This deliverable will also include the initial version of the Dissemination and Communication Toolkit (project logo and corporate identity, project website and a first brochure, a poster and a short video/animation describing briefly the project) (Task 8.1). In this deliverable, materials for the dissemination of the project (DEC) will also be included.

Assessment and review of the different SHM algorithms

This deliverable will consist in a report including an exhaustive comparison and review of the different SHM algorithms as well as a description of their implementation (Task 4.5).

Assessment of traditional solutions in drainage and sustainable drainage systems in linear infrastructures

This deliverable will consist in a comparative analysis, including drawbacks and benefits between traditional solutions in drainage and sustainable drainage systems in linear infrastructures (Task 3.3).

Examples of using Levels of Service and resilience in governance

This deliverable will consist in a decision-making tool for risk governance, through risk KPIs along three phases of risk management, prevention resilient design, action five levels intervention and rehabilitation in service (Task 1.3).

Standardization Landscape Report

This deliverable will consist in an initial analysis of the standardization landscape, starting from the needs of other WPs about existing standards that can be related, as well as the related standardization committees and organizations involved (Task 8.4).

This deliverable will also include an updated version of the Dissemination and Communication Toolkit (a second brochure, a poster and a more detailed video presenting project main results and achievements and related case studies) (Task 8.1). In this deliverable, matrials for the dissemination of the project (DEC) will also be included.

Guideline to measure Levels of Service and resilience in infrastructures

Based on the results of previous research projects, this deliverable will consist in a guideline with indications on how to calculate (or estimate) the Level of Service being provided by, and the resilience of, multimodal infrastructures (Task 1.1).

FORESEE testing strategy & plan

This deliverable will consist in an implementation protocol which will guide all the case study testing activities (Task 6.1).

Stakeholders Feedback Validation Report

This deliverable aims to describe the evaluation of test results with a validation process from the Stakeholders Group To maximize the impact a dedicated workshop and a webinar will be organized together with all relevant Stakeholders and the US Road Agencies which will provide their valuable feedback remotely Task 63

Guideline to set target Levels of Service and resilience for infrastructures

Based on the methodologies developed in Task 1.1, this deliverable will consist in a guideline with indications on how to calculate the Level of Service and the resilience to be provided by multimodal infrastructures (Task 1.2).

Report on the Contribution to Standardization

This deliverable will consist in an analysis of the real standardisation capabilities of the outcomes of the project and a roadmap to perform them Task 84

PT Case Study

This deliverable will consist in the test in the 25th April Bridge Portugal of the FORESEE Toolkit covering two main aspects resilience to earthquakes oriented to reduce the impact on the structure and define upgrading solutions and the simulation of a train accident with a special focus on the management of people during and after the event Task 62

SP Case Study

This deliverable will consist in the test and validation in the Montabliz Viaduct Spain of the project outcomes in order to select and design the best technical solutions for preventive maintenance to provide ground and road control risk assessment to ensure users safety notices and events management to plan future maintenance interventions and to set up of procedures for events management Task 62

DE Case Study

This deliverable will consist in the test and validation in the Railway track n 6185 linking Oebisfelde and BerlinSpandau Germany of the project outcomes in order to analyse the effects of stepwise rising water levels and to deliver a resilience scheme to be incorporated in the maintenance and upgrading plans of the infrastructure Task 62

"IT Case Study #1"

This deliverable will consist in the validation in a section of a A24 Highway linking Carsoli and Torano Italy of the FORESEE Toolkit in three scenarios addressing cascade effects earthquake snow earthquake heavy traffic and heavy snow heavy traffic Task 62

SP Madrid Case Study

This deliverable will consist in the test and validation in the M30 ringroad in Madrid of the integrated framework and the outcomes of the project multihazard crossmodal risk and resilience assessment predictive warning systems etc Task 62

"IT Case Study #2"

This deliverable will consist in the test and validation in a stretch of a A16 Highway linking Naples and Bari Italy of the FORESEE outcomes in order to plan future maintenance interventions and set procedures for managements of events mainly rainfalls snow landslides and earthquakes Task 62
