Deliverables Open Research Data Pilot (1) Data Management Plan The deliverable will include the project’s data management plan. Documents, reports (15) Research Directions and Recommendations This deliverable, deriving from task T4.5 will include future research directions as well as recommendations towards the various stakeholders regarding the policy strategy to be followed in the future. Needs and Trends Assessment with a multidisciplinary Big Data perspective The deliverable will present the final set of identified needs and trends in the public sector and will apply to them an updated version of the assessment framework with special focus on a multidisciplinary Big Data perspective. Dissemination and Communication Report - Year 1 Deliverable D6.3 will constitute a report containing the updated dissemination plan for Y2 and detailing the dissemination and communication activities of the reporting period and tools and measures of their success. In addition, the deliverable will include the produced dissemination and communication material. Final Dissemination, Communication and Sustainability Report Deliverable D6.3 will constitute a report of the dissemination and communication activities of the reporting period, as well as an assessment of their success. Methods, Tools, Technologies and Applications - 1st Version Deliverable D4.1 will constitute the first version of the Big Policy Canvas Panorama, incorporating input from tasks 4.1 and 4.2, as well as from work package 3. Dissemination and Communication Strategy Deliverable D6.1 will constitute a comprehensive plan outlining the project’s dissemination and communication strategy, planning activities and measurements criteria Design and Implementation of Needs and Trends Assessment Framework The deliverable will present a framework for assessment of potential impact of the current emerging trends on the needs in public administrations and will apply it to the needs and trends listed in the D3.1. Identified Stakeholders & Networking Activities Planning The main goal of this deliverable is to identify the stakeholders and design a strategy to build a strong Big Policy Canvas network. Roadmap for Future Research Directions – Final Version This will be the 2nd and final version of the roadmap, incorporating the results from T4.4, consolidating the major comments will appear during the community oriented validation process. Stakeholders engagement This deliverable will comprise the updated list of stakeholders, and the revised strategic plan for engaging stakeholders in the Big Policy Canvas network. Needs and Trends in Public Administrations The deliverable will present the identified existing and emerging needs and multidisciplinary trends in European public administrations. Roadmap for Future Research Directions - 1st Version This deliverable will be the first version of the roadmap. It will build on tasks T4.1 and T4.2 and will act as the basis for the online and offline consultation process. Project-dedicated Events and Validation Activities Report First version It will comprise the results of the Open Workshops/Events and the reporting on the experts’ committee and advisory board activities until M16; Project-dedicated Events and Validation Activities Report. Final Version It will comprise the overview of the final Big Policy Canvas network of experts, the results of the Open Workshops/Events and the reporting on the experts’ committee and advisory board activities from M16 until M24. Methods, Tools, Technologies and Applications - Final Version Deliverable D4.1 will constitute the last version of the Big Policy Canvas Panorama, including also the investigation of the Panorama’s contents from a big data perspective.
