Guidelines for the competition

Annual competitions will be held in each country to identify successful new approaches. Prize winners to be chosen by the national steering groups, and press releases created. Prize winners will be featured on national and project web-sites. This deliverable describes the guidelines for this competition.

Dissemination and exploitation plan

The dissemination and exploitation plan describes what the partners aim to accomplish with their communications and dissemination activities (objectives), ways in which those objectives can be accomplished (communication channels and tools), to whom the communication and dissemination activities will be addressed (target groups), to identify the key message that should be spread related to specific target groups, how to accomplish the objectives (the tools and timetable), and how the partners will measure the results (evaluation).

Proceedings of events

Two major conferences will be held to bring together participants in steering groups and discussion circles from across Europe These events will be linked to existing events agricultural shows food expos to maximise participation

Practice based abstracts

A set of practice abstracts required for the European Innovation Partnerships starting from month 12 and to be expanded during the runtime of the project

toolkits for new entrants and successors

A set of toolkits for new entrants and successors with practical lessons and tips on how to overcome the hurdles barriers and gaps identified by NEWBIEs and all included stakeholders

Analysis of available strategic business planning used by agricultural advisory services and additional support for new entrants

Storytelling videos

Create a library of visual storytelling videos of the successful innovative new entrant business models

Establish a project website, with a national page for each country, connected with the websites of the partners.

Inventory of new entrant case studies

Collection, report and online inventory of new entrant case studies (90 cases in total) including their underlying new entrant business and entry models
