Objective Molmasa is a SME with 33 employees who provides moulding solutions to the packaging industry. Our in.blow project is a disruptive mould and a method for plastic packaging manufacturers to produce high quality plastic bottles. Our solution allows our customers to increase production in a rate of 200% reducing a 30% of energy consumption and saving 50% of machinery cost by the use of an innovative two step injection blow moulding (IBM) technology. Developing this project we want to be a relevant participant in Industry 4.0 revolution in terms of reducing energy consumption in packaging manufacturing process.
