Deliverables
This document defines the general guidelines for the challenge definition and management.
Request of data coming from the Copernicus Contributing Missions ADDITIONAL datasets for the year 2019
This document defines the scope and objectives, methodologies and expected outputs of the thematic challenges included in each annual project cycle. This document will be the basis for the Challenge Break Down Workshop where the technical requirements for the respective Data Pipelines will be extracted.
A report of the second hackathon, which showcases the results of the second round of pipeline developments and precedes the last round of Big Data Challenges, will again be publicly communicated.
This documents lists and analyses the Platform operations and maintenance issues, based on user support activities feedback, grouped and assessed by criticality until M12, M22 and M34. Identifies the related corrective actions performed on the operational scenarios.
Provides the necessary Design and User Manual documentation associated with each developed Data Pipeline.
This yearly deliverable will define and update progress and changes to the communication and dissemination plan, which will include strategies for establishing a stakeholder community and indications of the targeted size and diversity of its participants, plans and avenues for the promotion and reporting of the 3 workshops and 2 hackathons, indication of outreach channels and milestones, and the timelines for the dissemination material and sustainability analysis.
Provides the necessary Design and User Manual documentation associated with each developed Data Pipeline.
Report describing the use of the data from the Copernicus Contributing Missions ADDITIONAL datasets during 2019.
Report on the progress and outcomes of all the engagement activities performed in each project year.
This document reports on the main challenge achievements in each annual project cycle, including a description of impacts in operational, development or research activities of the promoters, a description of the role and added value of data pipelines as well as all user feedback on its robustness and usability.

Report on the progress and outcomes of all the engagement activities performed in each project year. This first version will include the identification of all initiatives and institutions the project will can engage, taking into consideration their different categorization defined in the WP tasks.

This document provides all the documentation on the different user stories and technical requirements defined during the Challenge Break Down Workshops that will drive the development of the Data Pipelines.
The results of the first of the two hackathons, which are targeted at a broader audience, will serve to both showcase the results of the first round of pipeline developments in a hands-on manner (and return valuable feedback) and to identify specific big data challenges to be addressed in the next round. A public report communicating the outcomes is therefore seen as a valuable tool for communicating project progress, especially those of a technical nature for the interest of relevant big data developer communities.

The selected proposals participate by default in the Pilot on Open Research Data in Horizon 2020. The use of a Data Management Plan (DMP) is required for those projects in the form of a deliverable that is due by Month 6 of the Project's implementation. When developing the DMP you need to keep in mind questions such as: - The handling of research data during & after the end of the project - What data will be collected, processed and/or generated - Which methodology & standards will be applied - Whether data will be shared/made open access and - How data will be curated & preserved (including after the end of the project).

The use of a Data Management Plan (DMP) is required for those projects in the form of a deliverable that is due by Month 6 of the Project's implementation. This deliverable is included to the nature of the project that is divided in three cycles so that a revision of the data management plan is needed during the 3rd Cycle. Package containing project branding, templates for brochures, presentations, posters and other dissemination material, project website and presence in other social media channels.
