Copywriting and translations

This deliverable will cover a basic set of copywriting and translations, which are required for sections such as “About the Portal”, “How it works”, “FAQ” and other portal elements that support the main content of the Portal.

Dissemination and Communication Activities and Results reports – Interim

This deliverable will present Dissemination &Communication Activities and Results of undertaken activities. This deliverable will be presented in two parts: an interim report (M10) and the final report (M20).

Funders’ package

This deliverable is a set of documents, infographics, media content (e.g. videos) and other material, which would either interest potential funders in supporting the Space Portal or would support the negotiation process.

Portal Use Case Definition Document

This document presenta a formal set of use cases applicable to the Portal. A use case is defined as a set of actions or event steps that defines the interactions between a user/role and a system for some purpose.

Space Portal Visual Identity and Brand

This devliverable will be a ‘brand book’ (a set of guidelines and profiles) for thespace Portal that includes: brand description and mission statement, logo, use of logo, fonts, colour palette, graphic elements and their use.

Visual Space Portal design documentation

This deliverable will present a user friendly, modern and responsive visual design that will serve as a basis for the subsequent development work of the Portal.

UX Evaluation Results – Initial

This deliverable will be composed of two parts: in initial result of UX evaluation (10) and the final one (M20), containing a list of improvements done between M10 and M20.

API documentation (update after security audit)

This deliverable will provide the required API documentation of the Portal for the public use

Portal Data Contents Summary Report

This deliverable will be the Data Contents Summary Report of the Space Portal.

Communication and dissemination strategy

This document will summarize the guidelines for communication and dissemination for each profile of unique User Persona.

UX Evaluation Results – Final

This deliverable will be composed of two parts: in initial result of UX evaluation (M10) and the final one (M20), containing a list of improvements done between M10 and M20.

Combined Test Report

This deliverable will be the Combined Test Report for the Space Portal.

Dissemination and Communication Activities and Results reports – Final

This deliverable will present Dissemination &Communication Activities and Results of undertaken activities. This deliverable will be presented in two parts: an interim report (M10) and the final report (M20). (This is the Final Report deliverable)

User Requirements Specification

While the defined Use Cases (D1.1) will capture the interactions and required functionality on the interfaces of the Portal, they do not describe how the interactions should work, or characteristics of an interaction. This D1.2 deliverable will present the set of detailed user requirements that elaborate or complement the Use Cases as direct specifications for the Portal.
