Fostering the adoption of GALILEO for Mobility as a Service

Livrables

Pilot descriptions and system specification

Report describing all the pilot services that will be demonstrated along the project, followed by the specifications for both the back-office and front-end services (mobile app and website) and a description of the the system components and interfaces that will be developed in WP3.

Communication materials

With the creation of a logo at the start of a project, a graphic charter will be developed and will feed the creation of all the different templates (Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Videos will be produced and hosted on YouTube to allow users to quickly find relevant video content on the G4M smart cities. Brochures, roll-ups and other communication materials will be also produced.

Project website and Social Networks

A dedicated website will bedeveloped, regularly fed and will serve as a download point for project related information and deliverables. Digital e-newsletters will be sent out, including dedicated sections on each of the pilots. Galileo4Mobility will also be present on specific social media such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook with dedicated accounts.

Data Management Plan

Report describing the catalog of the different datasets to be used along the project, its sources and its accessibility rights. It will address Ethic Requirements No. 1 and 2. DMP describes the data management life cycle for the data to be collected, processed and/or generated by a Horizon 2020 project. As part of making research data findable, accessible, interoperable and re-usable (FAIR), a DMP include information on: · the handling of research data during and after the end of the project · what data will be collected, processed and/or generated · which methodology and standards will be applied · whether data will be shared/made open access and · how data will be curated and preserved (including after the end of the project)
