An external workshop to disseminate the proposed design guidelines, specifications and recommendations of recycled aggregate concretes for different applications. The workshop will cover the applications of the design guidelines, and worked examples.

Development and updating of project webpage (opens in new window)

A project webpage will be developed to keep the general public informed of the content and progress of the research. The webpage will be designed in a way that non-specialists will be able to understand the constructional technology concepts and their importance.

An external workshop to disseminate research findings in WP4 Presentations will be delivered on the transport properties of concretes with RCA porosity and water sorptivity chloride diffusivity carbonation rate volumetric stabilities of concretes with RCA sensitivity of concretes with RCA to steel reinforcement corrosion and durability modelling of concretes with RCA

Workshop on mixing process of recycled aggregate concretes with SCMs (opens in new window)

An external workshop to disseminate research findings in WP3. Presentations will be delivered to the public on the workability and the rheological properties of fresh concretes with both RCA and SCMs, and the hardened properties of concretes with both RCA and SCMs.

Workshop on mechanical properties of recycled aggregate concretes (opens in new window)

An external workshop to disseminate research findings in WP2 (material characterisation of RCA and recycled aggregate concretes). Presentations will be delivered to public on both the microstructure and macro-mechanical properties of RCA, workability and rheological properties of fresh concretes with RCA, and hardened properties of concretes with RCA.
