Report of limiting optoelectronic properties and their implications on device performance for c-Si TF/kesterite tandem devices in stacked and monolithic configuration

In this document the main efficiency limitations identified during the project will be clearly described in order to serve as basis for future development of this tandem technology

Demonstration of monolithically integrated Si/kesterite tandem cell with conversion efficiencies above 15%

The structure of cSi TFkesterite tandem devices with monolithic configuration will be presented and the full electrooptical characterization of the devices will be described demonstrating efficiencies higher than 15

Demonstration of stacked Si/kesterite tandem cells with conversion efficiencies above 20%

Tandem devices with efficiency higher than 20 in stacked configuration will be demonstrated and the corresponding electrooptical characterization of the devices presented
