Un changement de paradigme afin d’automatiser la validation des aéronefs
La validation de la qualité des produits aéronautiques est un enjeu essentiel pour l’amélioration des normes aéronautiques. Cette initiative innovante a pour objectif de révolutionner l’efficacité et de réduire les coûts de manière considérable. Le projet MAF, financé par l’UE, s’appuiera sur des technologies de pointe pour réduire au minimum le recours aux essais physiques et maximiser l’utilisation des ordinateurs d’avion existants. En ouvrant la voie à l’automatisation des essais d’assurance qualité et de validation des aéronefs, ce projet permettra à l’industrie d’atteindre des niveaux de rapidité et de flexibilité sans précédent, la propulsant vers de nouveaux horizons.
Objectif
The objective of the project is to develop new ways to implement quality validation of aircraft products in a more efficient manner, reducing non-recurring costs, reducing the need of man-hours and the involvement of manipulation by an human operator, reducing lead times and flexibility of the processes, through minimization of test means dependency trying to maximize the usage of the current Aircraft computers, and implementing new concepts for the automation of quality and validation tests on the aircraft, through artificial vision and robotic collaboration.
