Un cambio de paradigma para automatizar la validación de aeronaves
Para mejorar las normas de aviación, es crucial abordar el problema actual de la validación de la calidad de los productos aeronáuticos. Con esta innovadora iniciativa se pretende revolucionar la eficiencia y reducir considerablemente los costes. El equipo del proyecto MAF, financiado con fondos europeos, aprovechará la tecnología más avanzada para reducir al mínimo la dependencia de las pruebas físicas y maximizar el uso de los ordenadores que hay en las aeronaves. Al allanar el camino para la garantía de calidad automatizada y las pruebas de validación en aeronaves, gracias a este proyecto la industria podrá alcanzar niveles de velocidad y flexibilidad sin precedentes, siendo impulsada hacia nuevos horizontes.
Objetivo
The objective of the project is to develop new ways to implement quality validation of aircraft products in a more efficient manner, reducing non-recurring costs, reducing the need of man-hours and the involvement of manipulation by an human operator, reducing lead times and flexibility of the processes, through minimization of test means dependency trying to maximize the usage of the current Aircraft computers, and implementing new concepts for the automation of quality and validation tests on the aircraft, through artificial vision and robotic collaboration.
