Report on the integration of Patient Reported Outcomes and perspectives into the CRIF

This deliverable makes the link between WP1 and WP3. The Patient Report Dimension of research impact is integrated in the CRIF as core and transversal fifth dimension of the Master Scorecard.

Project Quality and Stakeholder Engagement Plan

Report on analysis for risk management and intended management procedures, disclosure of QA, financial and administrative procedures. It includes description of the project management processes and tools, a review of the risk assessment made in the proposal. Moreover it describes the stakeholder engagement strategy including selection criteria and roles of the external consultative bodies (EAB and PF) and a consensus based glossary of the key terms used across the project.

White paper for innovate route for patient engagement

High-level policy oriented document addressing key actions to be taken in the short, medium and long term by policy makers and R&I funders to foster patient engagement in Health R&I.

CRIF Integrated Manual for R&I actors

This manual is expected to be a tool to be used by BRAIN diseases working groups in WP7 to transfer the model to other disease domain beyond MS.

Communication and Dissemination Plan

The project team is going to define and put into practice a Communication and Dissemination Plan. Further releases including more detailed and tailored strategy and actions are scheduled yearly on M18 and M30 (respectively D8.6 and D8.7).

MULTI-ACT Master Scorecard

The final result of this WP is represented by this deliverable which provides a set of indicators which are able to measure different accountabilities (mission, excellence, economic and social) in multistakeholder-research initiatives and are selected for their relevance and robustness. Such indicators compose the MULTI-ACT master scorecard which then case by case is tailored to the specific multistakeholder-research initiative by the MULTI-ACT user who will select the most appropriate indicators following the guidance provided in further deliverables.

Setup of Project Website and Visual Identity

At M3 the project team will launch the project website and release the logo, graphic guidance and templates for communication and dissemination purposes.

MULTI-ACT Model for collaborative initiatives

This deliverable is the final output of the WP5 and illustrates the MULTI-ACT Model for the implementation of multi-stakeholder engagement and collaborative initiatives in brain research. The Model will be co-designed by all partners assessing alternative hypotheses elaborated and presented by the WP leader.

Communication and Dissemination Plan: 2nd release

This is the updated version of the communication and dissemination plan after one year and half of the project and must provide a detailed and tailored strategy to increase visibility, awareness and outreach for MULTI-ACT.

Adoption brief

This document will be released to promote the adoption of the manual and the other project's outputs by the R&I actors and contain a number of proposed actions to foster their widespread use.

Report on the selection of relevant stakeholders in the agreed BRAIN disease and identification of suitable engagement approaches

This deliverable results from Task T7.1 where the project's team defines the most important stakeholders to be included in the analysis of another BRAIN disease' constellation of actors and identify for them the most suitable engagement approach to be considered for the metrics' assessment.

Consolidated mapping of existing patient engagement initiatives and analysis of gaps and barriers to patient engagement in current health R&I processes

The preliminary landscape analysis is enriched through an extensive literature review and validated through interviews to key stakeholders which integrate D1.3 findings and help building a consolidated map and prioritization of gaps and barriers to be tackled.

MULTI-ACT content and data collection manual

It will specify the data and content collection procedures and will update the annotation of content based on common expert-generated vocabularies, if needed, from its original description in D2.1. This deliverable is complementary to the Data Management Plan released in M15.

Final version of the MULTI-ACT Patient Engagement in Health R&I guidelines

Final report on criteria, recommendations and rules to perform truly effective patient engagement in Health R&I.

Review Report on the implementation of the Framework on MS case

This document will illustrate and integrate the evidences emerged from the first implementation of MULTI-ACT framework and review it accordingly whereas needed.

Plan for self-sustainability and CRIF implementation in the other BRAIN diseases identified

The project team will create a sustainability plan in order to implement the action beyond the EC funding. The plan will include also a set of actions to be put in place for the development of the MS Research Impact database (WP2) for the BRAIN diseases in the working groups.

Report on the questionnaires, interviews and focus groups conducted

This deliverable reports about the questionnaires, interviews and/or focus groups conducted with BRAIN diseases’ stakeholders in order to explore the interests and demands of accountability of each selected stakeholder.

Communication and Dissemination Plan: 3rd release

This is the updated version of the communication and dissemination plan after two years and half of the project and must provide a detailed and tailored strategy to increase visibility, awareness and outreach for MULTI-ACT towards its final conference and to secure impact beyond the end of the project.

Patient engagement focus group (PEG) establishment

Setup of a multi-stakeholder focus group on Patient Engagement (PEG) to foster mutual learning discussion and involve the developers of the patient engagement strategies as well as their beneficiaries in the evaluation and gap assessment.

Set-up of working groups focusing on specific BRAIN diseases

EBC will search for stakeholders interested in creating working groups to develop the identified methodology also on other BRAIN disease domains. The identified groups will be trained and the basis will be placed in order to foster post-development action.

Online accessible guidelines (within MULTI-ACT website)

This deliverable consists in the creation of a dedicated section of the MULTIACT website where the manual and the other project's outputs will be made available to be downloaded and/or easily consulted by R&I actors for free usage.
