Résumé du contexte et des objectifs généraux du projet

Due to the fast growth of ageing population, the demands of long-term care and home care services have become urgent. A comprehensive management to improve and assure sustainability of care is needed. However, care funding has been affected by the budgetary constraints. Thus, an efficient, scalable, and low-cost management tool is in demand to meet the challenges. ePersonam, the ultimate cloud-based management software in advanced home care and long-term care, is purpose-built to deliver superior services and maximize overall operating margins. Our software handles the administrative and patient care activities, delivers all the solutions necessary to achieve growth and profitability goals of the company, and seamlessly provides the newest technological innovations to give the business a competitive edge. The objective is to offer a complete solution to unify the fragmented EHRs under the umbrella of a platform to effectively manage outcomes across the continuum of care.

The report has guaranteed the viability of the project: 1) Technically, we defined the strategy to optimize ePersonam according to a detailed work plan for Ph2 and a complete evaluation of technical risks. 2) Our commercial plan and a FTO analysis show that ePersonam is freely exploitable. Our market analysis has demonstrated that this market will show constant growth driven by the changing healthcare infrastructure, shortage of health workforce, increasing need of IT solutions in healthcare institutions and the reduced capital expenditure due to the aging problem in EU and globally. We have prepared a detailed exploitation and dissemination plan to deploy ePersonam in EU. 3) We have prepared a financial plan, in which we conclude that ePersonam will allow us to generate €5.8M with a ROI of 3.02% after 5 years of commercialization.

Progrès au-delà de l’état des connaissances et impact potentiel prévu (y compris l’impact socio-économique et les conséquences sociétales plus larges du projet jusqu’à présent)

ePersonam will be the powerful software by: 1) optimization of features and internal functionality; 2) development of a predictive system on pathologies; 3) automatic acquisition of health parameters with IoT; 4) application integration with App for home care. We will have a significant impact on improving social health management by: 1) managing residential guests completely in the cloud and integrates all functions necessary for the facility in a single solution; 2) saving costs; 3) guaranteeing maximum speed and access to shared information in real time with maximum tranquility, storage and backup; 4) saving time (simple and intuitive to use and fast start-up).
