Preparation of a proof-of-concept of the SPRINT technology, an automated 3D-printing unit integrating micro-engineered gas nozzles and laser processing, to enable the localised deposition of thin films with tuned.

To deposit a 2 μm-thick single crystal Si thin film >1 cm2. To deposit a 1μm-thick GaAs film of > 1 cm2. To deposit tangential successive lines of Si and GaAs (2 mm-long, 50 μm-wide, 100 lines in total).
