List of speakers A list of speakers is to be prepared including rapporteurs and a general rapporteur which will present the conference conclusions and the conference report Conference report and conclusions The conference report is written, the conclusions are finalised and online. Websites, patent fillings, videos etc. (3) Conference press kit The conference press kit is made available. Conference information kit A first information kit for potential participants is online. Information on venue, accommodation, touristic opportunities etc. are made available. Conference website online The website is online, participants are informed and can register for participation.
