Autonomous Shipping Initiative for European Waters

Deliverables

Complete supply chain and logistics model

This deliverable will update what developed in WP2 and provide a Study and Analysis Report with the development of an integrated model with all the involved phases and stages

Risk assessments, fail-safe procedures and acceptance criteria

This deliverable is an Analysis and report of acceptance criteria. It will use established methods, like FMECA and/or HazOP, to derive safety and security criteria as input for the development of functional KPIs of autonomous ships.

Functional/Operational requirements and KPIs - Gaps and barriers for scaling up

This deliverable will be a technical and operational gap study and analysis report. It will holistically base the analysis on the logistic supply chain requirements over safety, security/cybersecurity, operational performance, environmental footprint, societal acceptance and economics. It will relate them to the functional KPIs of the demonstrators to understand scale-up problems.

Autonomous ship design methods and test principles

This deliverable is an analysis and study report of a general and standardized framework for description, specification and analysis of autonomous ships. It will highlight context and scope and will include specifications, test planning and documentation of the functionality, safety and security of the systems

Report with the surveys findings and recommendations

This deliverable contains and Analysis and Report about surveys main indications. Therefore, it will include high level recommendations.

A holistic framework for Autonomous shipping safety, security/cybersecurity assurance

Stemming from D2.4 and D2.5, this deliverable is a study and analysis report on safety and security issues, aimed at reporting to stakeholders the major To-Dos when developing autonomous ship concepts.

Dissemination and Communication Plan

This deliverable is the first version of the project Strategic Plan of publications and communication measures

Regulatory framework mapping & Identification of gaps and requirements for autonomous ships compliance

This deliverable is a Study and analysis report on the relevant Regulatory framework. It will analyse different geographic scales.

Autonomous ship design standards

This deliverable is a Technical Report and Study, summarizing relevant elements in Autonomous ship design standards. It will revert necessary description, specifications and analysis of autonomous ship transport systems.

Generic business case model and KPIs

This deliverable includes a business Analysis and Report about the two use-cases in the project as a basis for parameterization and definition of corresponding KPIs (e.g. ship size and energy systems vs. cost and footprint) of a generalized business case

Dissemination and Communication Plan and Report

This deliverable is a review of the Strategic Plan of publications and communication measures. It will describe monitoring and updates for the period M16-M32

Complete supply chain mapping & identifications of interactions between SSS and IW demonstrators

This deliverable will provide a first study and analysis report about SSS and IWW logistics, “as is” today.

Project Logo, Templates & Website

This deliverable is made by a set of multimedia items. It will establish the “brand” and external image of the project. It will also define templates for internal and external use.

Scaled demonstrator report

This deliverable reports the scaled SSS vessel tests.
