Advanced Business Process Management to maximize decision efficacy
Business process management (BPM) is any combination of approaches to manage business processes. BPM tools for Microsoft Office 365® allow users to perform their work on the familiar SharePoint platform without coding. The EU-funded FlowForma BPM-CDL project is a no-code, Microsoft Office 365 Add-In that enables business users and heads of departments to perform processes rapidly and flexibly like onboarding new recruits and new product development, as well as clinical trials. The solution supports Collaborative Decision Learning (CDL) and includes new Digital Process Groups to support business end-users to make automatic decision, reduce human error, and increase process efficiency and productivity.
Objective

FlowForma BPM-CDL has been conceived as the next generation of their award-winning FlowForma BPM (Business Process Management) that supports Collaborative Decision Learning (CDL). FlowForma BPM is a no-code, Microsoft Office 365 Add-In that enables business users and Heads of Departments to quickly and flexibly implement processes such as Human Resources (HR) on-boarding, new product development and clinical trials, making processes 10x more efficient and increasing productivity. Sitting on the SharePoint platform, the FlowForma BPM tool incorporates forms, workflow, document generation and decision making all in one place.

This will help reduce the risk of human errors and increase the efficacy of group decisions. FlowForma BPM-CDL will include new Digital Process Groups which will assist business end-users to maximize the efficacy of decisions (40%) and reduce human error (33%), while at the same time facilitating to increase process efficiency (10x) and productivity (50%).
