The MIICT Brand and Dissemination Guidelines

The design and delivery of ‘brand guidelines’ for the dissemination of the project, including graphic assets, press releases, presentation templates and project flyers.

Live prototyping and Pilot Facilitation Methodology

This report contains two primary chapters i a facilitation guide providing specific details to the pilot operation countries on the approach and methodology to be used during the pilot facilitation and live prototyping processes to ensure their successful operation And ii a template including a guidance on how to report the Pilots in D83 ensuring that data is captured in sufficient detail and in a manner consistent with all other pilots

Final Project Dissemination and Communication Plan

2nd Iteration of the Project Communication and Dissemination Plan An updated and Expanded version of the original

Pilot Evaluation Methodology

A pilot evaluation report that dictates how the pilots will be evaluated and their results analysed ensuring the quality and consistency of the analysis and evaluation

Dissemination and Communication Plan

A report containing planned activities for dissemination – including respective partners responsibilities in regards to dissemination. An updated verson of the Plan will be produced at M18.

Societal Impact Assessment

The outcome of the SIAs will be presented in three sections a b and c each representing one of the pilot locations the method outcomes of the respective SIA round including emerging and generalisable guidelines

A report containing the literature review completed in T3.4

Integrated report of the 1st Policy Briefing and Roundtable & Project Communication and Dissemination Report

A report containing the first iterations of; The Policy Briefing and Roundtable Report (SHU) The Project Communication and Dissemination Report (AGENFOR)

Phase 1 Co-Creation Report

A report of the 1st phase of co-creation workshops, documenting the outcomes from the cognitive and context mapping, and the storyboarding at each pilot location.

MIICT Inclusivity Handbook

Handbook containing thorough recommendations on how to ensure the inclusivity of ICTs for public sector service transformation T22

Phase 2 Co-Creation Report

A report of the 2nd phase of cocreation workshops documenting the outcomes of the paperprototyping at each pilot location

Case Studies Report

This concise report will contain the agreed case studies established in T3.3

Co-Design for Public Service Transformation Handbook

A publishable handbook adhering to the project brand guidelines providing a detailed and adaptable framework for the use of codesign in public service transformation The handbook will consolidate inputs from across the tasks in WP3

Legal and Ethical Analysis Report

Report containing potential legal and ethical considerations in relation to the collection, sharing and storage of data on refugees and migrants (T2.1).

2nd Policy Briefing Report

A report containing the 2nd Policy Briefing

Project Quality Assurance Handbook

A report establishing the key Quality Assurance Monitoring processes for the project (T1.3)

Pilot Evaluation Report

This report details the results of the data analysis and evaluation conducted in T74

Feasibility Assessment Report

A report containing an assessment of the feasibility and viability of the proposed solutions including details of any refinements to be made prior to sustained service delivery in WP8

MIICT Research Ethics Protocol

Report containing the MIICT ethics protocol, inc. information sheets, consent forms and research safeguards (T2.3).

Sustained Service Delivery Report

Reporting covering the specific details of each pilot This will be divided into three discrete chapters one per pilot The report will include details of the participants services involved and baseline information on the activities that took place The pilot report will include baseline information to inform the pilot evaluation report D75
