Policy recommendations (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

This policy document mainly targets public decision makers and intends to provide them with useful models and suggestions to: raise their awareness about the relevance of the problem; better understand the knowledge, tools and methods developed by NETCHER; and support them to tackle trafficking of cultural heritage. The document addresses different policy levels (local, regional, national, international, European Commission), and proposes models to enhance cooperation among them.

Seminar 1 report (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

The Deliverable will include a description of the report and stakeholders that took part in the seminar organized in Barcelona 8 to analyse together with relevant stakeholders the results of the first phase of the project on the state-of-play of the different areas identified through questionnaires, workshops and research. It will also include : - a position paper of the participant stakeholders regarding the 6 main areas identified and short guidelines with indications on how the content and discussions regardin the 6 main areas shall be tackled throughout the project implementation ; - definition of the specifications and specific tools of the Collaborative Platform needed by the community of users.

Report on the overall communication actions (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

The Deliverable will evaluate the impact of NETCHER’s cammunications, dissemination and other activities. It will analyse the commitment obtained by all the related communities, the capacity of raising awareness among general and specialised publics, the achievement of the communication plan objectives. Specifications about NETCHER docu-movies will also be included.

Best practices repository (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

This Deliverable consists in a best practices and opportunities of work integration protocols collection from each involved professional field (outputs from the workshops, seminars and questionnaires delivered in the timeline of the project) and with respect to the local, national and international framework. This Repository is based not only on the first ‘good practices’ compendium produced in WP1 but also by working with the Stakeholders Seminars. Preventing and protecting are mainly addressed.

Report on NETCHER interconnections and cross-fertilization with other EU projects (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

This deliverable will contain an as much as possible exhaustive list of NETCHER related ongoing projects at EU and international level. It will summarize the potential synergies that have been identified and the actions that have been carried out to implement those synergies.

This Deliverable sums up the news alerts raised during the project, including dates, contents, target audiences, follow-up, comments and potential impacts.

Research agenda (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

This Deliverable aims to share common vocabulary and definition for chronological and cultural area. The multilingual thesaurus, built since the beginning of the project and subsequently available online, is presented as well as the methodologies in the field of provenance and traceability in order to propose checking processes. The Deliverable exposes the prioritization of the gaps assessed in WP1, the research and technological investment to be considered as being of strong added value at medium and long terms will be assessed. Currently available resources, such as REACHES CH thesaurus, AAT (Art & Architecture Thesaurus, local thesaurus, will be used in this purpose.

This Public Deliverable aims to collect all the ouputs from the first NETCHER Forum.

This Deliverable gathers the required security data protocol in order to define a Chart brief. This Chart aims to stimulate the Art market players’ good practices and is co-created with representatives from the Profession.

Forum 2 report (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

After the first Forum, organized on M14 following the 6 thematic workshops and the first stakeholders’ seminar to present the first results to a wide public, the second forum, organized at the end of the NETCHER project, has the goal to show the results obtained throughout the project, and involve the experts and stakeholders that have participated to the activities of the project for a final assessment of the work done. The Forum, including a targeted event organised by Science Gallery Venice, will pave the way to the definition of recommendations how to implement and properly use the knowledge, tools and methods developed by the project (see D5.6).

A ‘labelisation’ process is defined, which could reward the art market players ready to adapt the Chart and to demonstrate their good practices. With this label, the idea is to make General Public more confident in sellers.

Report on the overall awareness rising experience (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

NETCHER foresees organising 2 physical events, and 2 webinairs. Their goal : rise awareness among NETCHER stakeholders and general public on the consequences and impacts of illicit trafiking of cultural goods; and encourage cooperaiton among different communities. This deliverable will summarise the overall awareness rising experience (content, participants, feedback and impact of the event, according to parameters to be determined; such as number and categories of participants and following visits of NETCHER platform).

Update and fine-tuning of the communication plan in relation with the responses observed during the first 8 months of project implementation.

Publication of report on the overall training experience with recommandations toward the definition of educational programmes on protection of cultural heritage (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

This deliverable consists in the publication of report on the overall training experience foreseen in T3.2. and T3.3, and it will include recommendations toward the definition of educational programmes on protection of endangered, looted, vanishing cultural heritage based on the lessons learned during the training activities.

Final communication plan resulted from the observation and analysis of the effectiveness and impact of the communication strategy implemented during the project lifespan.

The Deliverable will present the communication strategy resulted from an analysis of the needs and characteristics of the target audiences and will include a detailed description of : the context, objectives of the communication strategy, the target groups and specific objectives for each group, messages tailored on each target group, channels for dissemination and activities, the responsibility and tasks of each member of the consortium and the budget related to communication. Specifications about NETCHER docu-movies will also be included.
