Project description
Matching services between migrants and local needs
Access to employment is important for the successful social integration of immigrants and refugees. In this context, the EU-funded NADINE project will create a platform to provide smooth and intercultural labour integration. It will consider the wide range of problems that need to be addressed, from the lack of language skills and professional qualifications to the restrictive regulations and bureaucracy. While the platform will include skill assessment and tailored training, it will also develop ICT-enabled solutions. For instance, NADINE will provide a digital companion (chatbot) to assist users. A data lake will also be available to public administrations in order to manage the migration flows.
