1st Update and Final Plan for the Exploitation and Dissemination of ResultsThe developed PEDR – D5.5 will be updated 2 times during the project duration. The first update will be done at M12 when the PEDR will be resubmitted. The final update will be done ate the end of the project, in M24.
Final report on Twinning programD3.4 will give the Outcomes summary of three Twinning meetings. The visiting partners will prepare the reports after each visit and in that way provide the input for the Final report, to be elaborated by FSS.
Joint report on innovations and new solutions/trends for the Innovation AuditsThe D2.1 will include the analysis of the existing and used Innovation Audits scheme in EU generally and especially related to the field of smart health, smart mobility, smart living. It will also include the guidelines of innovations and new solutions/trends for the Innovation Audits.
Innovation Agencies involvement in Social InnovationThe D2.6 will provide the policy recommendations regarding the cooperation between Innovation agencies and industry in the field of smart health, smart mobility, smart living. It will be in line with the existing and future policies in Social innovation to support Innovation Agencies to understand the social innovation concept and further encourage its implementation it in the other innovation support programmes.
DepoSIt Social Media ChannelsThe deliverable D5.2 will give the brief overview of the Social media channels to be used in the frame of the project - LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. The deliverable will provide the overview of the first posts on each channel.
Methodology for Innovation AgenciesD3.3 is in the relation with D3.2. This document will be developed after the performance of the Twinning Program of the DepoSIt Project partners and it will upgrade the methodology described in the D3.2 so that it can further be used by the other Innovation Agencies (its aimed at providing the guidance on how to apply in practice the improved Innovation Audit tool for Social Innovation). Furthermore, the methodology will also address the general aspects useful for the Innovation agencies (such as lack of trust that SMEs show in collaboration with the Innovation agencies or lack of mobility shown by the Innovation Agencies - low level of the SMEs visit on the field- company visits).
Report on working together with 18 Innovation AgenciesD43 will summarise the activities and the results of the localy organised WS for the innovation Agencies 3 per Project partner Each partner will provide the input for the the deliverable which will be elaborated by the FSS The objective is to encourage other Innovation agencies to perform policy experimentations and also to inform them about the Innovation Audit tool for Social innovation
DepoSIt Corporate Identity and Project WebsiteDepoSIt Corporate Identity (CI) foresees the design of a project logo (forms and colours), which will serve for the layout of a brochure and website as well as the newsletter. The document will include the main elements of the developed CI to be used in the frame of the Project. Furthermore, the DepoSIt website will be published in month 4 and will contain all relevant information about the project and serve as a communication tool among project stakeholder and collaborators. In the deliverable D5.1 the short presentation and the first outlook of the Web-site will be provided.
DepoSIt Plan for the Exploitation and Dissemination of ResultsThe Plan for the Exploitation and Dissemination of Results (PEDR) will describe: - The targeted dissemination and exploitation activities, - Channels for the project dissemination, - Its general strategy and impacts. The dissemination and exploitation plan will be a synthesis of the capabilities, networking capacities and roles in the project of each participating organisation in DepoSIt. The PEDR will initially define the type of information to be distributed, the frequency, the geographical region, the tools, the dependencies upon project participants and the tailoring of the information structure according to the target audience. The guide will further include a Dissemination and Exploitation Roadmap as well as a list of SMEs active in the field of smart health, smart mobility and smart living in the partner regions which will be approached for the real environment testing of the Innovation audit tool. The PEDR will be structured and discussed even from the kick-off meeting, delivering a first version on
Blue Print Innovation Support Agencies to foster Policy DialogThe D2.5 will provide the guidelines for Innovation Agencies, on how to foster the Policy dialog among the relevant actors and how to process and further use the useful information collected on-the-spot events (Cross-fertilisation WS, Business breakfast) with the relevant stakeholder groups.
Report on 3 Business BreakfastThe document will summarise the outputs of three Business breakfast events organised in Croatia, Spain and Italy.

DepoSIt Project BrochureDepoSIt will produce a project brochure in which the main elements of the project will be captured. The leaflet will be in line with the CI described in D5.1. The D5.3 will give the brief overview of the outlook of the leaflet and suggest options for the distribution of the project leaflets by the Project partners in order to facilitate the Project dissemination activities.
Report on Final EventThe DepoSIt final event will take place in M23 in the Netherlands aiming to gather the representatives of the Project target groups and actively disseminate the Project results The D57 will give the record of this event
Concepts for Cross-fertilisation (3x20 participants) and Business Breakfast (3x30 participants)The D2.2 will contain the concepts two events - Cross-fertilisation and Business Breakfast that will be carried out by the partners – in total 3 of each. The events are aimed at exchange of good practices within the quadruple helix actors and creating a living network of collaborative dialogue around questions that are in relation to Innovation audit tools. The deliverable will present the the standard event Outline, including e.g.: objectives, relation to DoA, target audience, input, process implementation, time planning, venues, output, dissemination plan etc.
DepoSIt NewsletterA halfyearly electronic newsletter will be produced in order to inform stakeholder about the main information of the project and performed activities 4 Newsletters in total will be produced by ADRSM with the support of all partners The D54 will give the overview of 4 published newsletter during the project duration including the data on how many actors have been reached by this dissemination tool by all Project partners
