Generic communication and dissemination package - Nr. 2

Basic templates, formats and generic content to be used in the communication internal and external to the projects (e.g. presentations, key messages, factsheets, newsletters) will be further improved. The package will evolve over the duration of the project. Deliverable refers to Task 4.1.

Effective collaborative structures and schemes for cross-modal, transnational information transfer and cross-fertilisation between innovation programmes and initiatives Nr.1

Providing a pilot mechanism for a generic structure based on the results of the stakeholder conferences, expert workshops and EU-regional events respectively. Deliverable refers to Task 2.2.

Document providing a structured process to review progress in a portfolio of relevant programmes and initiatives, as a key element to the coordination mechanism for transport infrastructure innovation development and implementation. Deliverable refers to Task 2.1.

Joint vision on transport infrastructure innovation until 2040

Providing a consolidated, adequate detailed description of the infrastructure capabilities and the corresponding innovation focus Areas driving their delivery in order to feed the tasks and activities of WP 2 and WP3. Deliverable refers to Tasks 1.1 and 1.2.

Information package for the strategic stakeholder conferences, including TRA 2020 - Nr. 1

For each of the strategic conferences a sound information package will be developed appropriately reflecting the high level of the events. This includes printed matter and (preferred) digital matter. Deliverable refers to Task 4.3.

Framework for professional competence building in public sector, industry and research

Providing the stakeholders’ vision and a corresponding outline framework for training and education, to follow up with the relevant bodies active in education and training of the European infrastructure sector. Deliverable refers to Task 3.2.

Stakeholder map for transport infrastructure innovation

Map providing a first ever consolidated overview of all cross-modal stakeholder bodies in the European arena as well as a joint Vision on infrastructure capabilities until 2040. Deliverable refers to Task 1.1.

General communication and dissemination strategy for Infra4Dfuture

This document will set out the different steps that need to be taken in order to achieve predetermined goals. The different needs regarding communication and dissemination will be identified within the other work packages and combined into an overarching strategy. The strategy includes a list of events and conferences where targeted outreach needs to be organised. Deliverable refers to Task 4.1.

Providing an overview of the experts seconded by the stakeholders for drafting descriptions of research and innovation needs, to support the programming in the rolling portfolio of existing and future innovation programmes and initiatives. Deliverable refers to Task 2.3.

Ready to implement, supported coordination mechanism

Providing a full description of the coordination mechanism including the Terms of Reference, a joint vision of transport infrastructure capabilities and corresponding focus areas for innovation, a concerted rolling portfolio of relevant innovation programmes and initiatives until 2025 and 2030, key coordination structures and instruments such as on gate reviewing process and measures to drive professional competence building. Deliverable refers to Task 1.4.
