Deliverables

Architecture Definition

The deliverable defines the architecture of extreme-scale analytics that will be employed in INFORE and lays the foundation of the protocols required in the project. The deliverable will detail the technologies that the INFORE architecture will adopt and the required APIs. Special emphasis will be placed on ensuring the pluggable interconnection of all components.

Dissemination Plan

This deliverable will detail the plan for the project dissemination strategy to be adopted throughout the project lifetime.

Refined Architecture, Initial System Prototype and Design of Software Stacks

The deliverable presents the refined architecture of INFORE, describes a first functional prototype of the generic architecture and analyses its advantages. It also specifies and designs the software stacks that will be released at the end of this WP.

Ethics Management Plan

This deliverable details ethical issues on INFORE and how these will be addressed, including all ethics issues described in Section 5.1. of part B, in this Description of Action B. Issues regarding humans. It will detail the procedures and criteria that will be used to identify/recruit the expert users. More specifically, information on how the consortium will reach these participants (own network, web announcement, social media, press release...), and detailed information on the informed consent procedures that will be implemented. Moreover, it will include templates of project related information.

Maritime Use Case: Initial Requirements and Scenario Definitions

This deliverable contains the initial requirements and the scenario definitions for the maritime use case.

Financial Use Case: Initial Requirements and Scenario Definitions

This deliverable contains the initial financial stakeholders requirements, and scenario definitions for this use-case.

Life Sciences Use Case: Initial Requirements and Scenario Definitions

Initial description of the cellular model, including training and testing data, set of applicable computational techniques, alternative models of cell signaling and cell cycle and specific HPC implementation.

Maritime Use Case: Requirements, Scenario Definitions and Initial Evaluation Report

This deliverable contains the final requirements and the scenario definitions for the maritime use case. It also includes the initial evaluation report for the Maritime use case, including the results of INFORE prototype on the available data streams.

Operator Cost Estimation and Workflow Optimization Technology V1

The initial version of our algorithms for efficient and accurate estimation of executing operators at different available Big Data and HPC platforms, as well as for optimizing Big Data workflows over such heterogeneous platforms.

Interactive Learning and Complex Event Forecasting Technology V1

The initial set of tools and techniques for large-scale, distributed, interactive learning and for complex event forecasting.

Project Presentation and Web Site

This deliverable contains a fact sheet providing an overview of the project, following the EC standards and template, the project presentation and the project website to comprise the main dissemination and exploitation channel for promoting and communicating the project and relevant activities and achievements.
