Deliverables

Public Day organised and delivered (opens in new window)

Under Task 9.6, a “Public Day” will be organised where the leading organisations and persons of the manufacturing industry will be invited, and the PROMETHEUS presented and discussed with experts, on an on-line event.

Workshop to show PROMETHEUS Process and components to the industry (opens in new window)

A workshop will be organised, at the end of the project, to present the PROMETHEUS developments and to offer the participating organizations the possibility to publicise their products, services and applications. The report will include all the preparation and planning evidences, as well as a reporting of the workshop outcomes.

Video: Project PROMETHEUS presentation (opens in new window)

A project video will be produced and made publicly available via conduits such as YouTube.

Creation of PROMETHEUS project website for internal and external use, periodically updated at least every 3 months (opens in new window)

This deliverable results from activity in Task 9.6. EWF is to produce the website, which will be the main information repository to search for dissemination materials such as project brochures, posters and flyers. Also, the website will launch project newsletters, divulging the project’s major news. It will be linked to social websites (e.g. LinkedIn, YouTube), allowing users to participate in the main discussions regarding the project results, while rising the interest in the project’s outcomes. The website will be implemented on an EU domain. In addition, a deliverable report will be provided for review and documentation purposes.

Communication Kit, including general press releases available to all partners for dissemination to 3rd Parties (opens in new window)

A complete Communication Kit, including a general press release and other relevant media, will be prepared describing the general objectives and features of the project to be issued and made available to each participant for communication to third parties, placement on partner websites and in relevant publications. Another press release will be issued at the end of the project and at strategic points throughout the project subject to agreement by all partners. The Communication Kit will also include other relevant media, tools and guidelines to assure that the consortium can reach out society as a whole and in particular to the project target groups.

Video: Project PROMETHEUS overview (opens in new window)

A second project video will be produced and made publicly available via conduits such as YouTube.

PROMETHEUS USP multi-kW laser source (opens in new window)

Hardware implementation of the USP laser source, capable of achieving interference patterning and in accordance with the objectives of WP2 and more specifically Task 2.6.. A demonstrator based on FSO will be established and delivered to PRIMA for system integration and application development. EdgeWave will provide support on laser installation and operation.

Beam delivery fibre capable of high peak power transmission (opens in new window)

Report resulting from the activities under Task 2.4In Detail, PHOT will design and fabricate suitable beam delivery fiber fiber capable of transporting high peak power pulses with adequate beam quality. At least two fiber designs will be considered to enable kW level nanosecond beam power: the first one being a large core nearly SM hollow core fiber, the second one large core multicore fiber. Testing and validation of these fibers will be implemented by the appropriated partners. Review and benchtop testing results of the tested fibers will be reported in this deliverable.

Final Data Management Plan (opens in new window)

D9.15 is the final iteration of the PROMETHEUS Data Management Plan, which contains the last set of updates to the project DMP.

Initial Data Management Plan (opens in new window)

This report is the initial version of the PROMETHEUS Data Management Plan, to be submitted within the first 6 months of the project. Its structure follows the recommendations of the DMP template provided by the European Commission.

Interim Data Management Plan (opens in new window)

D9.14 is the interim PROMETHEUS Data Management Plan, which contains relevant updates to the initial version of the DMP.

Environmental Lifecycle and cost assessment (opens in new window)

This deliverable results from activity in Task 9.11. The MTC will collect relevant lifecycle and cost data from each end users together with the functionality performance test results to estimate the environmental lifecycle and cost assessment which will be presented in a report format (R)

Test report of USP seed module, capable of achieving DLIP (opens in new window)

Report resulting from the activities under Task 2.2In Detail, the report will describe the development and performance of the USP industrial seed module implementation. It will also feature results of testing this module for DLIP capability.
