Demonstrator of the UV filter and UV selective solar cell. Implementation of the UV filters in solar cells requires the development of transparent (for visible and IR) contacts, and interfaces with good electron/hole transport properties and low recombination. The developed UV absorbing layers, methods to reduce recombination at the UV absorbing layer surfaces and transparent contacts will be integrated in a UV selective solar cell demonstrator. MS6 will report on intermediate performance indicators (efficiency ≥ 1,5%, UV absorption ≥ 90 %, AVT ≥ 50%), while this demonstrator targets the final UV device KPI’s, i.e. efficiency ≥ 2,5%, UV absorption > 99% and compatible with long term targets (total (UV+IR) device efficiency ≥ 12%, AVT ≥ 70%, lifetime ≥ 25 years). Demonstration of a 4-terminal tandem like device combining the UV selective solar cell (size ≥ 1 cm2) and the IR selective solar cell demonstrated in D2.4 (active area 0.16 cm2) with a PCE ≥ 10% and AVT ≥ 50%.This deliverable is linked to Task 3.2 (subtasks 3.2.1, 3.2.2 and 3.2.3).
The plan for dissemination and exploitation of the results of the project will be presented in this deliverable, according to the activities that will be developed in WP7. All the dissemination activities will be fully described, and the exploitation plan of each company partner of Tech4Win will be detailed. IREC and ONYX will contribute to this WP with the data and inputs provided by the other partners.
D8.3. Tech4Win Gender Equality Action PlanGender issues are very relevant in Tech4Win, and in this deliverable all the required actions to promote the involvement of women in Science and Technology will be described. Actions will be described in the frame of the consortium, but also presenting data available from the different partners of Tech4Win. IREC will contribute to this deliverable with the inputs of the consortium.
The project website will be presented in this WP, with the detailed description of the web structure and the information available in the webpage created for Tech4Win. IREC will contribute to this deliverable.
This deliverable will describe all the procedures related to the management of the data of the project that will be designed in line with the guidelines of the European Commission, according to the participation of Tech4Win in the Open Research Data Pilot. IREC will contribute to this deliverable.
