MAke RAil The HOpe for protecting Nature 2 future OPERATION

LTD simulations report

D3.1 covers the simulations of different train families having different train length/hauled mass versus the “technology” implemented. For technology, it is not only meant the characteristic of GSM-R communication, but also the brake position, the number of TU and the occurrence of two axle wagons. It is the basis from which the two technical demonstrators are chosen.

TrainDy, Sensitivity analysis report

Explains the methodology followed to execute a sensitivity analysis with TrainDy and the way the “relative approach” is applied considering the track. It aims to reduce the number of parameters that have to be characterized statistically and to couple the position of the maximum LCF with the track. It results in a list of parameters and in a methodology to couple the position of maximum LCF with the occurrence of a track curve

Integrated Quality and Risk plan

Defines the quality procedures and the risk management plan. Aims at ensuring a smooth running of M2O Project. It describes the activities and tools to track and monitor the progress and actions related to identified risks.
