Based on longterm and thermal cycle testing SUNSOL and the postmortem analysis FZJDTUCU the consortium will jointly express their best advices on interconnects coatings and contact layers for the European SOC industry in the final report D15 The two enduser partners SOLSUN will base their advice based on experience with their existing technology as far as confidentiality for protection of their IPR permits
