AI profiling for smarter customer targeting

Project description

An innovative smart-data provider for advertising

As a field, marketing and specifically digital marketing has been experiencing a huge growth in recent years. Consequently, there is a growing need for novel ideas. Successful marketing relies on understanding customer interest and creating appropriate actions targeting that interest. Currently, keyword-based solutions occupy this space. However, such solutions offer an accuracy of only 63 %. The EU-funded ADMANTX project is introducing a smart-data provider of the same name that can analyse and understand customer behaviour with better accuracy and then commit to advanced brand planning and improved targeting in digital advertising.

Objective

Audience profiling is one of the key activities for marketers and brands in order to deter-mine interest profiles of their customers and their propensity to click/buy and therefore make smarter business decisions. Profiling is used in many areas, from e-commerce, to customer management and digital advertising (a market that moves over $228 billion worldwide). However, keyword-based current solutions come short in terms of accuracy (only 63% of context understanding the human way), while solutions using third-party data will become obsolete with the GDPR coming in action this May. ADmantX is a smart data provider that facilitates advanced brand planning and targeting within the digital advertising industry. We have 20 years of experience in context analysis for targeted online advertising, using semantic tools and proprietary patented NLP technology that makes our solution the most efficient on the market, understanding and analysing consumer data in a human-like manner. Our AI profiling is using a combination of semantic + keyword based analysis and including an emotional and sentiment module we can obtain 95% accuracy, increase by 200% CTR, and by 300% brand awareness. Furthermore, by basing our solution in first-party customer data only, we are the only EU-company that is fully GDPR compliant. AI Profiling results have been consolidated with initials A/B tests with major companies from our current clients (Sky Italy) and our focus in now on providing better visualization tools, scaling, integrating with major bidding platforms and reach new markets outside EU, getting a €5 million accumulated profit and 2,38 ROI by year 5.
