SCHINES international workshop

A workshop will be organized related to the technology and science proposed in the SCHINES project This deliverable relates to task 42

Project synopsis, web-site, logo, etc.

The initial set of material for dissemination of the project to all target audiences is prepared as described in Task 4.2.

Three webinars are published describing SCHINES results as one of the dissemination measures See task 42

Weyl physics measured in scaled device

The Weyl transport properties are verified in a device form factor as described in Task 33

Technology / exploitation roadmap

The roadmap for exploitation of the results of SCHINES beyond the project are summarized in this report see task 43

Weyl parameters of first bulk material

The first measurement of Weyl parameters for a candidate, bulk material indicating the readiness of the experimental protocols and setups. This relates to task 3.1.

Complete set of DFT & HOTI calculations

This report lists all DFT and HOTI calculations performed for SCHINES This relates to task 13

Device demonstrator performance

The measured device performance of the final device demonstrator is reported as described in Task 34

Fabrication of devices with gating

The first devices switchable using a gate effect are made and initially characterized as described in tasks 2.2 and 2.5 and initial results from tasks 3.1 and 3.2.
