Ethical, Legal, Regulatory and Societal Compliance Framework Report (Final Version)

The objective of the report is to identify the real requirements by the stakeholders and technical partners in order to identify whether there is a potential ethical and data protection issues that need to be addressed. Mitigation measures will be foreseen accordingly if critical ethical issues are encountered. Within this task, data will be gathered on the relevance of ethical issues and protection of citizens’ rights while involving the end users in a dynamic process of data gathering, issue identification and design of possible solutions. This task will also examine the extent to which the project solutions and products affect ethical, privacy and data protection issues. Special attention will be paid to personal data processing for respecting Regulation (EU) 2016/679 which comes into force 25th May 2018 and replaces Directive 95/46/EC).

evaGuide Promotional Material and Branding

Create the evaGuide Brand that will be aligned with the vision of the evaGuide new joint venture. Create all necessary printed and mainly digital material (videos, website, social presence) that will attract more users.

evaGuide Standardization Report

Contribute to the development of pre-normative standards that can be included in later regulatory provisions by operational stakeholders. In this way embed the evaGuide innovative features within the European standardization landscape in the secure technologies field. Monitor the works of ISO/TC 391 Technical Committee (Societal & Citizen Security) especially with regard to Systems Interoperability; alternatively, participate in the works of a relevant CEN Workshop Agreement.
