A boost for SMEs in Pays de la Loire
SMEs are the backbone of the European economy. Their capacity to continuously innovate (develop new products or services) is key to ensuring business competitiveness, which is essential to their viability. In this context, the EU-funded EEN OUEST H2020 project aims to ensure SMEs have access to all the many development opportunities and support services provided by the Enterprise Europe Network. Firstly, the project will design week-long service packages providing high added value services for SMEs and delivered by qualified senior innovation experts. Key account management services will be provided to the beneficiaries of the SME Instrument in Bretagne and Pays de la Loire in France. Also, enhancing SME Innovation management capacity services will be provided to SMEs with high development potential.
Objective
"Topic = Establishing services “Enhancing the innovation management capacity of SMEs” in the Enterprise Europe Network :
Two distinct types of activities are envisaged, which shall be provided as comprehensive seven day service packages following very specific processes. These high added value services will be delivered by suitably qualified senior innovation experts.
- WP1 : « Key Account Management » for the beneficiaries of the SME instrument » = the role of the EEN Key Account Manager will be to facilitate the implementation of the SME Instrument in Bretagne and Pays de la Loire, in Phase I and II.
- WP2 : « Enhancing SME Innovation management capacity” for SMEs independly from a specific project"" = the aim of this WP is to improve the innovation management capacity of SMEs with high development potential."
