For WP1, since the KAM services are dependent on the success ratio of SME Instrument Phase 1 and 2 in our region, the team was able to handle 3 KAM services during the 2019 period. The European Innovation Council (EIC) pilot supports top-class innovators, entrepreneurs, small companies and scientists with funding opportunities and acceleration services. From this cut-off onwards Phase 1 will be terminated. The EIC Accelerator Pilot builds on the SME Instrument Phase II and provides grant-only support as well as support in the form of blended finance (combining grant and equity). Due to the change of SME instrument phase 1 program change in 2019 and the start of fast track innovation and FET Open programmes, The companies did not send enough proposals to EC as expected and the consortium could not achieve the proposed number of services especially in WP 1 during the project.
For WP2, all the EEN Anatolia have at least one improve licenced staff.EENinnoSMES3 project had planned to propose 10 KAM services in WP1 and 53 service packages in WP2. P02 ODTÜ Teknokent, one of the consortium partners, was also determined at a consortium meeting that the EICM targets could not be achieved due to the frequent personnel change. Therefore, transfer of EICM targets of P02 ODTÜ Teknokent to P03 Konya Chamber of Industry was taken with the consortium decision. The consortium has offered 43 Enhancing SMEs Innovation Management Capacities services and 3 Key Account Management Service.
