Public conferences on joint procurement of security solutions in Europe including hand-on workshops (WP5) open to the iProcureNet partners, the Network+Community and all other interested stakeholders.

Every six months, all WP leaders will provide a summary report including major KPIs on the WP activities during the previous 6-months period, typically including: Major findings and recommendations to the EC and the member states Description of the progress of the WP-related activities Assessment and update of the KPIs from previous 6 months List of candidate segments for JP if applicable depending on the cycle List of no-go segments for JP if applicable depending on the cycle Update of the existing risks, estimated risks to come and their mitigation plan Update on collaboration with the practitioner networks and projects This information will be pre-formatted and automatically collected from WP leaders to minimise the administrative overhead. They will be submitted to the EC and disseminated on the iProcureNet public website in an attractive form. NB: The first report submitted in M6 will not yet contain results. It will set the structure of the future reports and it will explain the activities related to the project start
