Also, examine our market and competitors, clarify our business plan and the financial plan to evaluate exactly the resources needed. Work performed from the beginning of the project to the end of the period covered by the report and main results achieved so far The feasibility study has given us a deep knowledge of our market: screening tests for early detection in psycho-pedagogy market and the educational data mining market. We have now an extended understanding about our competitors and the IPR analysis investigated. Our business plan has been redefined and we have finally found and included the key pieces to complete the Díde circle. We have organised the work packages to perform during phase 2, as well as our commercial and dissemination paths to follow. We have performed our sales forecast based on our actual sales with the pilot version and the targeted market taking into account international expansion, and we envision overwhelming profits. Progress beyond the state of the art and expected potential impact (including the socio-economic impact and the wider societal implications of the project so far) Technical and Commercial work packages have been successfully completed. We will provide a tool for detection of difficulties of all children and adolescents throughout their educational stage, avoiding exclusion in the interest of social equality and real attention to diversity. To be a benchmark in the early detection of learning difficulties from a consolidated, professional, just and prepared to do it globally. image-1.png image-2.png
