Conceptual Study of Electrochemical based novel process using Lignosulfonates to produce bio-based monomers & polymers

Deliverables

Creation of project website for internal and external use, periodically updated at least every 3 months.

This WP will ensure the protection and management of knowledge, and the commercial and technical exploitation and dissemination of the project results. Activities will focus on: Dissemination of results to industry; Publication of results to the general public; Intellectual Property Protection; Commercial exploitation; Plan for the dissemination and exploitation of the results (Business Plan). Task 7.1 Dissemination Strategy & Measures (incl. dissemination strategy and plan) (M1-36) Establish an agreed policy upon strategies and contributions for the Dissemination Plan (Part of the Plan for Dissemination and Exploitation of results). This Plan will define the target groups, communication means (workshops, trade fairs, publications, conferences, press releases, newsletters etc.), communications strategies and program planning considering scope and budget considerations. The dissemination activities will include: • The elaboration of the Dissemination Plan (Part of the Plan for Dissemination and Exploitation of results). • Additionally, the partners will be responsible for dissemination of the project through participation in workshops, trade fairs, elaboration of scientific publications (journals and conferences), press releases, etc. • The promotion of the cooperation with other related RTD initiatives, setting up a list of projects and initiatives related with topics representing a strong interest for cooperation. • Preparation and dissemination of materials through traditional dissemination routes (publications, articles, presentation at suitable events and conferences). Outputs: • Creation of project image (logo, templates for reports, generic presentations etc.). • Project Web-site: At the start of the project a comprehensive website will be created to facilitate the dissemination of the project to third parties and the general public (public facing element) throughout the duration of the project the website will be updated at least every 3 months. This will contain external dissemination materials and publishable data. • A general press release will be prepared describing the general objectives and features of the project to be issued and made available to each participant for dissemination to third parties, placement on partner websites and in relevant publications. A press release will be issued at the end of the project and at strategic points throughout the project subject to agreement by all partners. • Creation of material including leaflets, flyers and brochures which can be used to disseminate the research results. • A Project Video will also be produced to showcase the demonstrators of the project to interested third party stakeholders. Task 7.2 Network Patent Analysis for Market Exploitation of Project Results (M1-36) As shown in Section 1.4, Network Patent Analytics (NPA) is a technique that enables research into developments in different technology areas through patent citation analysis. A full NPA will have the objectives of identifying: • clusters of patents in particular technology niches; • ‘broker’ patents that form links between clusters; • the flow of developments with time, both within and between clusters; • competitor technologies; • no-go areas where project technology developments might lead to third-party patent • infringements; • valuation of foreground IP from the project by comparison with the strengths of existing patents in the targeted technology sector; • new opportunities for applications of existing technologies within the project; • alternative market opportunities for new technologies developed within the project. Three iterations of a full NPA will be carried out: immediately following the Kick-Off Meeting; just before the project Mid-term review; and six months before the project end. Iteration 1: Immediately following the kick-off meeting with the intention of: • updating the state of the art of the technology sectors targeted in each of t
