Project website and communication toolkit

Project website and communication toolkit. A project identity set will be created consisting of: • a project logo, a graphic chart and a set of templates (Powerpoint, Meeting report…), • a project brochure to be distributed during special events (i.e.EC conferences and congresses.), • a poster/banner to present the project, • a project public website, to be created at the beginning of the project, with non-confidential information on the project background and goals (e.g. http://www.INGREEN.eu) • a video in two parts, the first part presenting the objectives and the partners the project at month 36 and the second part at month 30 adding the main public results.

Final report on relevant regulations and standards

Final report on relevant regulations and standards The new technologies and products that are being developed within WP5 of the INGREEN project will be assessed for their compliance with the relevant regulations and standards Task 61 This will involve a series of evaluations of the food safety and production requirements and identification of the potential risks and hazards These evaluations will establish whether external approvals are required To demonstrate that the products and processes meet the EU food safety and environmental protection requirements technical dossiers will be prepared with input from WP2WP5 They will include a description of the products or processes related documentation eg material specifications intended applications critical parameter andor risk analyses test results and evidence to demonstrate that the products comply with the relevant directives or regulations

Project C&D plan

Project CD plan to disseminate results from INGREEN through a diverse set of channels conference and journal publication to the peers in the relevant science disciplines presentation and demonstrations at industry conferences and events press releases and dissemination via the Web
