Deliverables

Dissemination and promotion materials (opens in new window)

During the implementation of the contractual agreement the web page will be constanty updated (about the event dates, preliminary agenda, main topic of discussion, award competition, participants, useful information etc). Also will be designet the layout of the promotional materials, in line with the visual identity of the conference and with the adequate messages (notebooks, pencils, stickers, name tags, posters, roll-ups, “spiders” etc)

The final agenda will include all the details need for participants (speakers/sessions/location(s), timeline)

Final candidates list for awarding (opens in new window)

Taking into consideration the jurie recommendations, the final candidates list for awarding will be published and the candidates announced that they are the finalists.

Event report (opens in new window)

The report of the conference will comprise all the relevant aspects (stories, figures & photos) and will be available on the conference website. The report will contain the main recommendations of the conference and will be available as resource for the MSCA future activities.

Conference web page & social media pages (opens in new window)

It wil be designed the structure and the layout of the web page, added the content and choosed the most relevant social media tools in order to provide a large and heterogeneous public, with user friendly access to information.
